He is survived by: his mother Hope Helen Powell; his children, Katharine Fowler, Lucas Fowler Sr. and Christa "Brandy" Fowler; his grandchildren, Sierra Marino and Lucas Fowler, Jr.; his former wife Kristine Fowler; and his siblings, Charlotte Fowler and Floyd "Buddy" Fowler.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made payable to "Wounded Warriors Project" and sent in care of R.T. Foard and Jones, Inc.
