She was predeceased by: her parents, Herschel Carroll and Reba Squares Carroll; her husband William Thomas Toulson; and her brother-in-law Donald Eliason. She is survived by: her daughters, Vera Lisa Clifton (Curtis) of Hockessin, DE, Lori Ann, Bullen (Raymond) of Middletown, DE and Catherine T. Moxham (Evan) of Willow St; and her sister Vera E. Eliason of Vero Beach, FL. She is also survived by nine grandchildren and their spouses; 19 great- grandchildren; a niece and three nephews and their spouses; and many cousins.
