She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Michael and Mary Elizabeth Harlam (Glenn). She is survived by: her sons, Matthew Smith (Lorie) and Brandon Smith; her siblings, Debra Lauver (Mark), Thomas Harlam (Patricia), William Harlam (Sisi), Donald Harlam and Kellie Verrelli (Tim); her grandchildren, Jaxon Smith and Charlotte Smith; and her fiancé Ronald Jones.
