He is survived by: his wife Nancy Culver; his children, Melvin "Boo" Culver III (Renee) and Brande Crutchfield (Nathan); his grandchildren, Kyle Culver (Sara), Samuel Culver, Nicole Paradis, Bradley Crutchfield and Zachary Crutchfield; and his great grandchild Logan Culver.
