She was predeceased by: her parents, McLeonard B Harrington and Ruth M Harrington (Hunter); her husband Joseph Rivera; her son Steven Rivera; her grandchildren, Francis Rivera and Robert Rivera; and her daughter-in-law Bonnie Rivera (Anderson).
She is survived by: her children, Sharon Bowman (Roger) of Elkton, MD, Rodger (Ruth) of Delaware City and Rodney (Patty) of Bear; her sister Wilma Harrington of Athens, GA; and her grandchildren, Ruth Anne, Kimberly, Amy, Rodney, Jeremy, Kenneth, Abby and Jennifer. She is also survived by 22 great-grandchildren, and several great-great-grandchildren.
