It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Norma Winkelman of Newark, Delaware, born in Wilmington, Delaware, who passed away on December 17, 2023, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary Margaret (Stiller) and Norman O. Thompson; her husband Paul E. Winkelman; her sisters, Margaret Maureen "Pat" Thompson and Dolores; and her brother-in-law William Wintrup, II.
She is survived by: her niece Sandra Scott of Newark; her nephew William Wintrup, III (Kathleen) of Bear; her great-nephew William G Wintrup IV (Erin) of Bear; her great-niece Christina Wintrup of Wilmington; and also, Kylie, McKenna and Landon.
