It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Eva Ross of Newark, Delaware, born in Wilmington, Delaware, who passed away on November 27, 2023, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her brothers, Ernest Milotte, Jr., John "Teddy" Milotte and Rodger Milotte. She is survived by: her children, John Clayton Wheeler (Florentina) and Margaret J. Rostocki (Brian); and her grandsons, Jeffrey Rostocki, Patrick Rostocki and Joshua Wheeler. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
