He was predeceased by: his parents, Lee Black and Winnie Mae Black (Badger); and his wife Barbara S. Black. He is survived by: his children, Jason Black (Colleen) of Cape May, NJ and Michelle McCullough (Kevin) of Elkton, MD; his sisters, Babe Adkins, Ora Lee Moore and Doris Bazell; and his grandchildren, Dakota Black, Jasmine Black, Keaton Black, Katelyn McCullough and Jordan McCullough. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
