It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lucy Letty Navas-Castro (Newark, Delaware), who passed away on December 11, 2023, at the age of 58, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Eloy Guillermo Navas-Navas and Rosana Castro-Castro. She is survived by: her siblings, Ramiro Navas, Mariana Navas, Teresa Navas and Sandra Navas; her fiancé Hernan Torres; her children, Nathaly Murillo, Ariel Murillo and Pedro "Papo" Murillo (Katie); and her grandchild Luca Murillo.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Abramson Cancer Center, where she was cared for throughout her cancer battle, in the hope of aiding families facing this devastating condition.
