She was predeceased by: her parents, William Leach and Sarah Bowerson (Reynolds); her husband George L. Bowser, Sr.; and her son-in-law Paul Elvey. She is survived by: her children, Tammy Elvey of Middletown, George Bowser Jr. of Cochranville, PA and William Bowser (Roxanne) of Aiken, SC. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren; and 3 great grandchildren.
