He was predeceased by: his parents, Alma Ferris (Miller) and Charles Ferris; and his brothers, William Ferris, Robert Ferris, Lawrence Ferris and Chris Ferris.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara A. Ferris (Keen); his sons, Robert Ferris, Jeffrey Ferris (Susan) and Gregory Ferris (Emily); his grandchildren, Mark, Heather (Keith), Samantha, Logan, Danielle, Reagan and Grant; his great grandchild Renee; and his siblings, Marie Ledoux, Cecelia Whalen (Wayne) and Charles Ferris. He is also survived by many Nieces and Nephews.
