He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth C. Brown and Edna Brown (Mauger); and his sister Nancy Jane Brown Kline. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Ann Hoffman Brown of Newark; his daughter Patricia Lee Brown Welch (Ticia); his son-in-law Edward Anthony Welch; and his grandsons, James Kenneth Welch of Ocean Pines, Maryland. and Jordan Christopher Welch of Ocean Pines, Maryland..
