She is survived by: her children, Michael Bush (Charlotte), Kristina Faust (Donald) and Sean Surer; her grandchildren, Daniel, Dustin, Adrianna, Amberlynn, Riley and Doni; her brothers, Jay Mayock (Barbara) and Kevin Mayock (Gisselle); and her pets, Roux and Puck.
