He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Carol Pugmire, Charles and Frances Johnston. He is survived by: his father Mark Pugmire; his stepmother Ruthie Pierce; his mother Janice Raine; his stepfather John Raine; his siblings, Adelynn Raine and Johnny Raine; his stepsiblings, Amber Laudicina and Chris Marvel; his grandfather Robert Pugmire; and his cousins, Steve, Andy, Cole, Hunter, Trevor and Kendall.
