He was predeceased by: his wife Patricia Ann Pugh. He is survived by: his children, F. Vincent Pugh and Linda L. Prior; his sister Shirley McCauley (William); his grandchildren, Adam, Lindsey Pugh, Rebecca Noss (Matt) and Jessica Page (Troy); and his great grandchildren, Branden, Jacob Noss, Ryan and Emily Sophia Page.
In lieu of flowers the family has requested donations be made to East West Communities Foundation, 14700 Village Square Place Midlothian, VA 23112, in support of their pledge to Massey Cancer Center.
