He is survived by: his wife Shirley Smith; his daughters, Rebecca Salmon and Kristen Alexander (Corey Crispin); his grandchildren, Dahlia Martin, Kameron Alexander and Deegan Alexander; his siblings, Steven Smith (Corinne), Robert Smith and Jennifer Cahill; and also Susan Bensing.
