He was predeceased by: his parents, Helen II (Knott) and John Joseph Pikulski II. He is survived by: his wife Edna Pikulski; his children, Elizabeth Mickelberg and John J. Pikulski IV (Kristin Benner); his grandchildren, John J. Pikulski V (Quentin), Maxwell Pikulski and Margaret Pikulski; and his brother Robert Pikulski.
