He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford Wayne Lowe and Beluah Marie Lowe (Johnson); and his siblings, Sharon Lyons and Benny Johnson. He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Lowe; his daughter Lisa Lowe; and his siblings, Clifford Lowe, George Lowe and Karen Mason.
Visitation was held on Friday, April 4th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the R. T. Foard Funeral Home (111 S Queen St, Rising Sun, MD 21911).
