He was predeceased by: his parents, John L Belcher, Sr. and Patricia Belcher. He is survived by: his wife Linda Belcher; his sons, Christopher Belcher of Wilmington and Gregory Belcher (Carla) of Middletown; his grandson Eric Belcher; his sisters, Carol Voight, Billie Foraker and Sally Keys; and his caregiver John. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
