It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jesse J. Coleman of Newark, Delaware, who passed away on August 17, 2022, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his mother Willie Mae Coleman; his wife Janice Jordan Coleman; and his brother Charles MacArthur "Jug" Coleman. He is survived by: his former wife Laura Belle Burgess; his significant other Cheryl Fields Clary; his pet Simba; his children, Lora Renee Alexander (James) and Jesse Coleman, Jr. of Miami, FL; his granddaughters, Tiara Williams (Joshua) of Tampa, FL, Lauran "Twigs" Coleman (Jerry) of High Point, NC and Addea Coleman of Orlando, FL; his great grands, Terrion, Emeri, Aeris and Bella; his siblings, Linda Sue Gunn of Columbus, GA and Leroy "Ted" Coleman (Diane) of Lexington, NC; his sister-in-law Shirley Coleman of Lexington, NC; his nieces, Madeline Boykin and Frances Street; and his grandson Koryn Fields. He is also survived by nephews, nieces, family members, friends.
