He is survived by: his husband Brandon Ahearn; his parents, Jeffry Kuhn and Barbara Kuhn; his grandmother Eleanore Beale; his siblings, Victor Mattia (Jennifer), Dana Adlesic (Rudy) and Staci Kuhn (Randy); his nephews, Ethan, Madden of Mason, RJ and Shane; his niece Emma; his parents-in-law, Lynda, Gregory Ahearn, Jonathan (Shiloh) and Andrea; and his pets, Ben and Frisk. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins and beloved friends.
In lieu of flowers the family is requesting donations be made in Jeff's memory to the Faithful Friends Animal Society located at 12 Germay Drive, Wilmington DE 19804.
