She was predeceased by: her parents, Ruth Lingenfelter Hicks Morin and Ernest Morin; and her brother John Hicks. She is survived by: her husband Joseph J. Novotny; her stepsons, Rob (Kelly) and Joe (Wendy); her grandchildren, Joey, Robby, Regan and Alexis; and her sisters-in-law, Dolores Hicks and Maryann Novotny.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be made in Jean's name to New Garden Flying Field, Future Aviators Program, 1235 Newark Road, Toughkenamon, PA 19374.
