It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Janet E. Cleaver of Newark, Delaware, born in Wilmington, Delaware, who passed away on November 6, 2023, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Dominick F. Vavala and Gertrude E. Vavala (Wilkinson); and her sister Nancy Dunlap. She is survived by: her husband Charles L. Cleaver; her siblings, Dominick Vavala and Marie Stonebraker; her sons, Matthew Cleaver (Joanne) and Michael Cleaver (Kalyn); and her grandchildren, William Cleaver, Charlotte Cleaver, Colson Cleaver and Bryson Cleaver.
