It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of James William Neal of Newark, Delaware, who passed away on September 12, 2022, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William Neal and Leona Griffin Neal; and his siblings, Robert Neal, William Neal and Mildred McCleary Bowen.
He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Dorsey Neal; his daughters, Theresa Quezada (Sal), Susan Reed (Scott), Kelly DeBlois and Ashley Neal; his grandchildren, Kayla, Savannah and Brandon; and his son-in-law Leslie Quezada. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in James' honor may be made payable to "NAMI" – the National Alliance on Mental Illness, and sent in care of R.T. Foard & Jones Funeral Home, 122 W. Main St., Newark, DE 19711.
