He was predeceased by: his son Raymond D. Hamby; his parents, Raymond F. Hamby and Anna Blanche Hamby (Crawford); his siblings, Barbara Coe and Larry Hamby; and his great grandchild Ashley Hanna.
He is survived by: his wife Janet; his daughter Tammy LaBelle; his stepson Kevin W. Beal; his stepbrother Robert Johnson (Karen); his brothers-in-law, William Beal (Myrtle) and Robert Beal (Marietta); and his pet Pablo. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, and 8 great grandchildren.
