He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Champ and Gertrude Parker; his sister-in-law Linda Parker; and his sister Helen MacLaren. He is survived by: his wife Ruth Holdren Parker; his children, Jason Parker and Erin Parker; his grandson Logan Milosky; and his siblings, Arlene Snyder (Bob) of Pennsylvania, Joe Parker (Stacey) of Delaware, Tom Parker of Delaware and Patty McLamb of North Carolina. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
