He is survived by: his wife Pamela; his children, Elizabeth McMillan and James McCarthy Jr.; his grandchildren, Christopher McMillan Jr., Nella Duskrend, Samantha McCarthy and James McCarthy III; and his siblings, Louise Floor and Nelson McCarthy.
Visitation was held on Thursday, November 7th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the R. T. Foard Funeral Home (259 E Main St, Elkton, MD 21921). A celebration of life was held on Thursday, November 7th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
