He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph A. Maggio and Anne Maggio (DeVito); his wife Linda S. Maggio; and his children, Brad Phipps and Angela Maggio.
He is survived by: his children, Victoria (James), James J. Maggio, Jr. of Hagerstown, MD and William A. Maggio of Wilmington; his grandchildren, Amanda, Christopher, Tyler, Devon and Lexas; his great grandchildren, Aubree and Lyla; and his close friend Joan Godwin.
