He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Maxwell and Betty Maxwell; and his former wife Carol Lutz Maxwell. He is survived by: his wife Valerie Maxwell; his daughters, Jennifer Maxwell Comparoto and Amy Maxwell Thompson; his sons-in-law, Emilio and Rafael; his grandchildren, Aiden, Raina, Liam, Finn, Caroline, Natalie and Nick; his brother Joe; his sister-in-law Kirsten; his niece Alexis; and his nephew Mitchell.
