He is survived by: his wife Danna Birch (Whitmoyer); his children, Kayla and Logan; his parents, Jack Birch and Beverly Birch (Dellose); his sisters, Kristin White (Bill) and Karen Klemaszewski (Michael); his nephews, Nicolas, Travis White and Evan Klemaszewski; and his niece Gillian. He is also survived by extended family; countless friends.
