She was predeceased by: her brother Volodymyr Furda. She is survived by: her sister Julia Prokopik; her children, Julia Szyszka (Stephen), Roman Fedyk and Adrian Fedyk (Alex); her grandchildren, Larissa Szyszka, Stephen Szyszka, Lucas Fedyk, Matthew Fedyk, Nina Fedyk, Deanna Fedyk and Max Fedyk; and her husband Roman.
In Plast she was a member of the Kniahyni sorority and served as treasurer of the Plast Foundation.
