He was predeceased by: his parents, Levi Clevenger and Josie Clevenger; and his former spouses, Mable Clevenger, Randolph Clevenger (Irene) and Florence (Victor Quick).
He is survived by: his daughter Carla (John J. Slank III); his wife Wanda L. Clevenger; his sons, Curtis Clevenger (Anne) and Joel Clevenger; his grandchildren, Brent Rohm (Valerie), Rachel Beaston (Andy), Kyle O. Clevenger (Erin), John J. Slank IV (Haley), Colin J. Slank, Owen M. Slank and Aiden Clevenger; and his great grandchildren, Gianna Rohm, Landen Beaston, Colden Beaston, Cora Clevenger and Isla Clevenger.
