He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Mills Sr. and Pearl Mills (Murphy); and his former wife Peggy L. Mills. He is survived by: his wife Dianne Myers; his children, Kevin Mills (Toni), Kenny Mills (Lisa McCracken) and Kelly Ayn Harris; and his stepchildren, Michael Wright (Julie), Christina Buchanan and Lauren Myers. He is also survived by his seventeen grandchildren; and his eight great-grandchildren.
