It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Hailey Rebecca Heaps of Newark, Delaware, who passed away on April 1, 2023, at the age of 22, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She is survived by: her parents, Michele Heaps (Stauffer) and Woodrow Heaps of Coatesville, PA; her children, Edward Ross, Kaiden Ross and Oaklynn Ross; her stepfather Steven Short of Newark; her brothers, Tyler Stauffer (Brittany) of Newark, Luke Heaps of Newark and Matthew Heaps of Coatesville, PA; her niece Ava Stauffer; her grandparents, Diane and Roger Wroten of Wilmington; her aunt Stephanie Devine of Wilmington; and her uncle Joseph Heaps (Deborah) of Coatesville, PA. She is also survived by many great aunts, great uncles and cousins.
