He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Wesley Newcomb and Jean Newcomb (Natale); and his sister Carole Kintner (Newcomb). He is survived by: his wife Elaine Newcomb (Gibson); his children, Catherine Tevald (Mike) of Souderton, PA, Steven Howey-Newcomb (Andrea) of Middletown, DE and Stewart Newcomb (Joy) of Red Bank, NJ; and his sister Charlene Simser (Newcomb) of Covington, LA. He is also survived by five nieces and nephews.
