He was predeceased by: his parents, Kimble Blair and Minnie M. Blair; and his wife Sharon Blair (Thomas). He is survived by: his children, Mark Blair, Melissa Blair and Gary Blair; and his siblings, Sondra Hall, Warren Blair, Kenny Blair (Kelly) and Darrell Blair. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
