He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis P. Thorp and Margaret Thorp; and his granddaughter Ashley Seward. He is survived by: his wife Betty F. Thorp (Heverin); his children, Margaret Ann Seward (Tim) and F. Ray Thorp, Jr. (Melanie); his grandchildren, Amanda Brown Himes (Richie), Tim Seward, Jr., R. Dylan Pennypacker and Kassidy Thorp; and his great grandchildren, Alan Brown, James Seward, Alicia Brown and Charleigh Pennypacker (Anderson).
