She was predeceased by: her parents, Clineard Anders and Janetta Anders. She is survived by: her sister Virginia; her brother-in-law David Wyre; her brother Jerry Anders; and her sister-in-law Ada. She is also survived by nephew, nieces, several great nieces and nephews, and many cousins.

In lieu of flowers, a GoFundMe has been established to help with Frances' funeral expenses.
