He is survived by: his children, Gina Czajkowski (Kenneth), Michael Lukaszewicz (Gail), Mark Lukaszewicz, Stanley Lukaszewicz (Patty) and Lynne Carr. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren; and 7 great-grandchildren.
