He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles R. Otto and Johanna Otto (Huson); and his siblings, Jan Otto and Neil Otto. He is survived by: his siblings, Kristin Foltz, Jason Otto (Susan) and Jody K'Burg. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
