We are sad to announce that on November 27, 2022, at the age of 87, Ellen Elizabeth McNichol Thress of Newark, Delaware, born in Union City, New Jersey passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, George McNichol and Agnes McNichol (Schlaupitz); and her husband Edwin William Thress. She is survived by: her children, Julie Carter, Thomas Thress (Wendy), Carl Thress (Marie) and Michael Thress; her sister Agnes McNichol Webb; her grandchildren, Eli Holcolmbe (Ryan), Jonathan Schilling (Taylor), Joleen De Luz (Travis), Carolyn Sweeney (Billy), Theodore Schilling (Lindsey), Nathanial Schilling (Seth), Christiana Cortes (Ricardo), Damian, Brandon, Peter, Nicolas, Ray, Luke, Alli and Leah; and her sister-in-law Winnie Thress Dress. She is also survived by her 10 great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews; and innumerable friends.
