We are sad to announce that on December 28, 2022, Elizabeth M. Roser of Newark, Delaware, born in Chester, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Charles Rumford and Alberta Rumford (Colonna); her children, Debbie Roser of Newark, Karen Rembold (Michael) of Middletown, Delaware and Wayne C. Roser of Newark, Delaware; and her sister Ada Green of Boothwyn, Pennsylvania.. She was also cherished by 6 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren.
