With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Elizabeth E. Mayhorn of Newark, Delaware, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Elizabeth left this world on January 14, 2025 at the age of 78, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Cecil Mayhorn and Berchia Mayhorn; and her siblings, Eddie, Paul Russell Mayhorn and Janet McGinnes.
She is survived by: her children, Frank Matthew Mullins (Kim) of Elkton, MD, Kevin A Mullins (Roseann) of Camden, DE, Aaron D Snow (James) of Townsend, DE, Robin Johnson (Mike) of Middletown, DE and Nicole Payne Cook of Wilmington, DE; her grandson Christian M. Mullins of Fairfax, VA; her stepgranddaughter Paige Dialessandro of New Castle; her sister Patricia; her brother-in-law Joe Meyer of Wilmington; and her brother Ted Mayhorn (Linda) of New Castle, DE. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, January 29th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Doherty Funeral Home - Pike Creek (3200 Limestone Rd, Wilmington, DE 19808). A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, January 29th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
