She was predeceased by: her parents, George Smith and Margaret Smith (Kane); her husband Steven Shumway; and her sister Doris Smith. She is survived by: her children, Sean Quillivan (Jessica) and Michelle Quillivan; her grandson Conor; her siblings, Jean Vanderheiden (Robert) and Michael Smith (Bonnie); and her friend Hugo Gamarra. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and members of her extended family.
