She is survived by: her children, Marvin Payne (Linda) of Middletown, DE and Cathy Cranfield (Robert) of Rehoboth Beach, DE; her brother Fred Roten (Georgie) of Johnson City, TN.; and her grandchildren, Kimberly Payne Coleman (John), Karen Payne Boyer (Rick), Steven Payne (Ana) and Christopher Cranfield.
