He was predeceased by: his brother Cyrus C. Werts Jr.; and his parents, Cyrus C. Werts Sr. and Lorraine Werts. He is survived by: his wife Georgetta Hartsoe; his children, Don Werts, Justina Milligan (Tom), Keith Hartsoe (Jess) and Kevin Hartsoe; his sister Donna M. Lucas (Calvin); and his grandchildren, Jade Werts, Joe Zebrook and Abigail Milligan.
Visitation will be held on Friday, January 31st 2025 from 11:30 AM to 1:00 PM at the Nichols-Gilmore Funeral Home (212 E Justis St, Wilmington, DE 19804). A funeral service will be held on Friday, January 31st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
