She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Curtis Berry and Doris Rae Brandolf (Haley). She is survived by: her sisters, Debi Berry Burtnett and Holly Corrine Berry; her stepbrother Jody Sweetman; her niece Jenny Peters; her nephew Sam Spayd (Nancy); and her cousin Herbert "Bret" Haley (Kelly).

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Lupus Foundation or The Helen Graham Cancer Center.
