He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman W. Kemether and Wilma Edwards Franklin; and his siblings, Norman W. Kemether, Jr. and Carol Ann Russell. He is survived by: his wife Susan Spratt Kemether; his children, Kimberly S. D'Andrea (Kenneth) and D. Philip Kemether II (Christine); his grandchildren, Matteo D'Andrea, Dennis III, Elizabeth and Owen Kemether; and his sister Charlotte Jean Stoddard.
