We are sad to announce that on January 25, 2024, at the age of 84, Daniel F. Callahan of Newark, Delaware passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel Callahan and Helen Callahan; and his sisters, Helen Callahan and Judy Oleks. He is survived by: his wife Kari Callahan; his children, Matthew Callahan, Michael Callahan and Katharine Callahan; his siblings, Edward Callahan (Kathy) and Ann Foster; and his brother-in-law Kevin Manns.
In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to the University of Delaware Library Fund, a fitting tribute to a man who dedicated his life to the pursuit of knowledge and the sharing of that knowledge with others.
