He was predeceased by: his parents, George Clark and Mary Clark (Cox); his siblings, Ronald and Sue; and his pet Harley.

He is survived by: his children, Stacey Dzielak (Bill), Anthony Clark and Adam Clark; his siblings, Sally Hudson, Mary Lynn Pace (Terry) and Michael Clark (Patty); and his former wives, Mary Clark and Barbara Marioni. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
